Taylor County Emergency Squad Fleet

Our Current Fleet

Taylor County Emergency Squad takes pride in its fleet, featuring four ALS certified ambulances. Each unit is outfitted with state-of-the-art Physio Control LifePak 15 Cardiac Monitors and Stryker Power Stretchers, ensuring a combination of advanced technology and reliability. 

  • Medic 42 is a 2013 Ford 450 Road Rescue 4x2 Unit  
  • Medic 46 is a 2023 Chevy 3500 Wheeled Coach 4x4 Unit
  • Medic 47 is a 2021 Chevy 3500 Wheeled Coach 4x4 Unit
  • Medic 48 is a 2016 Chevy 3500 Frontline 4x4 Unit
  • Medic 49 is a 2023 Chevy 3500 Wheeled Coach 4x4 Unit


Highlighting other lifesaving equipment that TCES utilizes includes: Stryker Xpedition Powered Stair Chairs, Stryker Lucas Chest Compression Systems, Hamilton‑T1 Intelligent Transport Ventilator, and much more!

Our Future Fleet

Taylor County Emergency Squad currently has two cutting-edge ambulances on order. This proactive move reflects TCES's dedication to maintaining a leading edge in delivering exceptional emergency medical services.

  • Medic 44 is a 2023 Ford Transit AWD Wheeled Coach Unit and is set to be delivered Q1 of 2025. **Replacement for Medic 42**
  • Medic TBA is a 2024 Chevy 3500 Wheeled Coach 4x4 Unit and is set to be delivered Q2 of 2026. 


Specifically designed to cater to the varied needs of both patients and staff, these additions are poised to enhance the overall operational efficiency of TCES. Loaded with state-of-the-art equipment, these additions exemplify TCES's commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to the citizens and visitors of Taylor County and surrounding communities.
